Join us at the BIA of Clark County as Policy & Research Analyst, Jude Helmes, outlines his findings regarding Clark County’s understanding and implementation of the Growth Management Act of 1990. Framing Our Future will serve as an educational and insightful presentation on where our community has been and where we’re going, as well as the challenges we’ve faced along the way. The report argues that effective solutions to Clark County’s housing crisis will can only come from a collective force that integrates expertise from builders, planners, developers, and numerous other components of the housing industry.
