It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Danielle Kilian, who died unexpectedly on December 30, 2025, while on vacation with her family due to a pulmonary embolism.

Danielle was a beloved member of the Building Industry Association of Clark County family, serving as Senior Director of Events & Development, and she leaves behind an extraordinary legacy of leadership, generosity, and heartfelt service to our industry and community. Danielle was known for her warmth, authenticity, and unwavering commitment to people. She built meaningful relationships across the BIA membership and beyond, and she approached her work and her life with joy, compassion, and purpose. Her loss is deeply felt by staff, members, partners, friends, and family.

To honor Danielle and provide space for the community to gather, share memories, and celebrate a life well lived, a reception will be held at RV Inn Style Resorts, beginning at 3:30 PM. This gathering is intended to be a time of connection, reflection, and love bringing together BIA members, family, friends, and the broader community who were touched by Danielle’s life.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and the atmosphere will be informal and welcoming, allowing guests to come together in support, remembrance, and gratitude for the impact Danielle had on all of us.

Danielle will always be part of the BIA family, and her spirit will continue to guide the work we do and the community she helped build.
