Build Better TradeLink is a focused, results-driven networking event exclusively for builders, trades, and suppliers in Clark County’s building industry. This 90-minute, curated experience is designed to create real business connections matching active projects with qualified partners through structured introductions, live needs-and-leads exchanges, and opportunities for targeted deal-making. Hosted by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, TradeLink eliminates casual networking in favor of meaningful collaboration, helping industry professionals fill scopes, strengthen supply chains, and build lasting working relationships. Build Better TradeLink: Where builders, trades, and suppliers connect to get work done. 

Presenters: Taylor Morrison, C-TRAN and Washington APEX Accelerator will be presenters and part of the speed spec-ing portion of the event.

Speed Spec-ing Connections
Three presenters will rotate tables every 10 minutes to share active projects and upcoming scopes; trades and suppliers can provide brief introductions and capabilities.

Needs & Leads Exchange: Breakfast & Networking
Grab breakfast and network with colleagues. Learn about open scopes, availability and possible referrals.
