2026 BIA Behind the Build Bus Tour

Description

The Building Industry Association of Clark County cordially invites you to attend the 2026 Behind the Build Bus Tour on Friday, July 17. The Behind the Build Bus Tour is a guided educational tour of active land development sites across the county. The tour gives you a first-hand look at the challenges, processes and partnerships involved in residential and mixed-use development. This year’s tour will include three different sites at different stages of development, from raw land planning to near completion. Together, the stops will showcase the coordination, innovation and problem-solving required in local construction. The tour begins with opening comments at 8 a.m. and will return you to your car by 2 p.m. More in-depth details will follow.

Maddox Industrial Transformer

Parking will be in a field near Maddox Industrial Transformer and will be signed. Please join us for some light breakfast and coffee prior to welcoming comments and boarding the bus.
